Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Dilinga application and to this website. By using either, you accept them.

Who provides Dilinga

Dilinga is provided by AYARUX. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@dilinga.com.

Using the app

You may use Dilinga for lawful purposes, for personal or business conversations of your own. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, to impersonate someone, to harass another person, or to work around a block someone has placed on you.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or drive it with automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Your content

What you write, record and send stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service: to carry, store, translate and deliver your content to the people you are talking to.

You are responsible for the content you send and for having the right to send it.

Recording other people

Translated calls work by recognising what is being said. Laws about recording and processing a conversation differ from country to country, and often require the other person's knowledge or consent. Making sure your use of Dilinga is lawful where you are is your responsibility.

Voice modelling may only be used with your own voice, with the consent step the app asks for. Modelling another person's voice is not permitted.

Translation is not perfect

Machine translation and speech recognition make mistakes, and the risk is higher with names, numbers, dialects, background noise and specialist vocabulary. Dilinga is a communication aid. It is not a certified, legal, medical or safety-critical translation service, and it should not be relied on where an error would be costly.

Availability

Dilinga depends on your network and on third-party services. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AYARUX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Dilinga, including loss arising from a translation error, a missed message or an interrupted call.

Intellectual property

Dilinga, its name, its design and its code belong to AYARUX. Other product and technology names are used for identification only and belong to their owners.

Ending use

You may stop using Dilinga at any time and ask us to delete your data — see Delete your data. We may suspend access where these terms are being broken or where doing so is necessary to protect other people using the service.

Language versions

These terms are published in English and Turkish. The English version is the reference text; if the two differ, the English wording prevails.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
